Deadspin made a good point last night: Why don't they shut down comments or delete the story? It looks pretty stupid to sit there and try to delete the comments one at a time.

Meme's run their course in a day or so. Running around deleting posts only adds fuel to the fire, making it burn brighter and longer. What's probably happening at espn is the head of marketing/web relations is stomping around the office in a blind rage and foaming at the mouth screaming "delete all the things!!!". Sometimes people can't handle not having 100% control over things.

Lots of interesting late games today. I giggled at the Broncos/Raiders game (sorry Cap).

There were others that were interesting, too. Giants vs. Pats was really good although I hate both teams.

Dang, what an exciting ending to the Broncos vs. Jets game. A couple of days ago I listened to various football people on ESPN radio talk about how Tebow was a spare.

I will be listening tomorrow to see what they say.

I thought not being able to make it through a half of football without taking a leak was a problem with 6 year old pee wee football players. He's a fucking kicker. Couldn't he have ducked into the locker room while the defense was on the field?
