I was hoping he wouldve responded by saying..."If you're not from Southlake, you suck and you're poor", and then curbed Pam.

Funny that Minnesota voted against this rule.

Not a bad trade at all. If they had him last year, they'd have won at least 3 games.

:babyarm: who dat or who dey is the generic cheer for any long suffering population of sports fans as soon as they encounter any semblance of success. See the Bengals, Sacramento Kings, Saints, Phoenix Cardinals. I bet a Ranger fan even said it... once.

So Sam Herd AND Patrick Crayton want out now that Bryant has been drafted. What, did they see their dreams of becoming the number one receiver dash out the door?

Sounds like they got Antonio Bryantitis.

Hurd is especially puzzling. He's lucky to be on any team. Or maybe he thinks he's gonna get cut.

Corby is right about Dez Bryant. Enough of the "is your mom a prostitute" story. I don't care, either.

Pretty muchly, any sports story that Gordo comments on needs to go away.

I'm amazed at what passes as reporting on the ticket these days. The ticker guys just repeat the same bullshit all day even when the story changed. Crayton didn't ask for a trade. He asked for a sit down with Jerry. The story was corrected a few hours after it came out. But I'd never know that if I didn't listen to ESPN in the mornings.

They've never really been much of a reporting outlet, even when it concerns their own employees.

I see that the Super Bowl is going to Giant Stadium in 2014. I hope the weather is miserable and it ruins the game. Tex Schramm would have used his influence to prevent this. Then he would have enjoyed his traditional meal of steak and Texas toast.

I hope the weather is bad too but for different reasons. I like outdoor football that is outdoor because it is an outdoor sport. If it's played in rain or sleet or whatever, even better. Indoor stadiums with turf seem unnatural and evil.

If they get bad weather for this one, I don't think it's any different than the driving rain during SB 41 in Miami. Football is meant to be played in the elements.

My logic for it is really tainted, but here's why I hate severe weather games:

I've never forgotten how pissed off I was because the team that I loved got cheated out of a title not because the other team was better, but because of the weather.

The Cowboys lost the Ice Bowl 17-14. If the temp had been 13 instead of -13, the Cowboys would have won by 21. They were far superior to the aging Packers but were denied their chance because of a fluke thing like a Siberian Express norther. In any other conditions that wouldn't have happened. I know it's one of the greatest games ever, blah, blah, blah. Watching that game now is like watching paint dry because nobody could get anything done because of the fucking cold.

This fluke event affected the team for the next two seasons and maybe caused them to miss out on a couple of more Super Bowl titles. It also caused Lance Rentzel to start exposing himself to little kids and mannequins.

Tainted logic. By Hoob.
