ActuallyWP is very slick. I like the UI better than iPhones. It's just. Its just not as mature as iOS. I spent 2 years waiting for webOS to catch up bit it never did. I don't think I can wait on WP. I'll check it out again in 22 months when my contract is up. Btw the 4s is pretty nice.

btw, when the jury foreman was interview he said something to the effect of: "Trying to understand the 'prior art' concept was bogging us down, so we dropped it. After that making the decisions was easy"

There were math errors in their financial awards to Apple and they even ruled one of the devices infringed on a feature it didn't even have. All in all it reeks of a rushed jury that either couldn't or didn't want to understand exactly what they were judging. Yeah, the appeal is coming and rightly so.

Samsung and Apple will hash this out for the foreseeable future all over the globe. They'll win/won here in the US but that's about it. They've already hashed this out in South Korea and guess who won. They'll settle for way less than what is being written about and this will all go away.
