Shut down the MCU and just continue the Spider-Verse movies. It was phenomenal.

Even though it was a little slow in spots, I still loved every second of it. Seems like every shot was in a different animation style. And I bet you could go frame by frame and spot all kinds of weird easter eggs. Can't wait for the next one in March.

It was interesting how "slow" it starts, where "slow" means "emotional" and not bat-crap crazy. The character work and family stories (plural) are so good.

that was the most I've been entertained at the movies in a quite a while.

I didn't know it was going to end with a cliff hanger. As it became clear what was happening by the dialogue and the way the music was building, my inner kid started yelling "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" because I didn't want the story to stop yet. I can't wait for the next one. And hopefully, the one after that, and the one after that, and the one after that...
