I wonder how many animals die via Dart Bus per year. And do the drivers stop or are they all "We got a schedule to keep, people!"?

When I was 12 or 13 I pretended to throw my little brother in front of a Dart bus. The black lady driving the bus didn't find it funny at all and stopped to chew me out.

He's black and white like an Oreo, so gammita chose Cookie. I wanted to call him Mulatto but got overruled by the wifey.

Ya, the leash was from the pound. I took this pic whilst sitting in the car waiting for the wifey to grab a few things at the grocery store. During the same trip we went to Petsmart and got a new collar, leash, bed, toys, etc.

This was his page on petfinder.com

The lady said he was at the shelter for about a week and a half and he had come from another shelter. How he lasted so long on the market I'll never know. Look at that face! Look at those teeth!

Neither are gonna win any naming contests but really, "Cowboy"? C'mon.

The wife is looking at houses in Frisco like crazy. The realtor is going to come by the house this week so that we can start putting ours on the market. I told her I may be losing one of my big accounts but that isn't stopping her.

So yesterday I made the 8th payment in my student loan recovery program and was informed that when I make my next payment my case will be turned over to the DoE for review and ultimately I will be brought out of default. I thought I had to wait until October but apparently not. Shit might equal on again really soon.

To those out there who like searching for a new home you guys are cray. It is a beating. Thank goodness for sites like Zillow that allow you to tour the homes before wasting time driving around town.

Zillow is good. Realtor.com is like the official MLS website so definitely check in there, too. Trulia.com is also a good.

:babyarm: I heard this morning that mortgage applications were down 1% last week. Maybe this thing will level off by the time I'm ready to buy.

You like looking at houses? That's the worst part. The last thing I want to do on a Saturday is drive around town with the wife and an aging house frau stopping off at home after home and hearing the realtor point out the obvious. I can walk into a home and know within 3 minutes if I want to buy it. I don't like shopping of any kind be it clothes or homes. I would rather drink beer and play golf. Out of the 30 homes we marked as favorite, there are only 3 or so that I want to see. Not that I expected otherwise but just about all Frisco homes look the same. I set a thresh hold for the wife not to exceed and that lasted all of 5 minutes.

If you don't like looking at houses, you're doing it wrong. If there's 30 houses to look at, send your wife out and have her pick the 2-3 best. Then you go to those with her and the realtor and decide.

If you are looking to buy a house, don't. We looked at a house today that was $50K more expensive this time last year. If you have a house and want to downsize, now is the time.

I like looking at all the houses, but I'm gay like that. :fag: :dunno:

I bought my home 2 years ago and the value has shot up 50K.
