It's especially gratifying if you feel it coming on and you have enough time to:
* bend forward
* slight tippy the toes to perch the anus upward
* one hand cheek spread (other hand is used for balance)
*butthole in direct line of shower stream

I told you guys before when you feel one coming on, sit down criss cross applesauce style and the thin layer of water on the shower pan floor makes an awesome sound as the air passes out of your puckered sphinct.
