Watching facebook squirm today is kind of fun, although I expected a few conspiracy "Obama stole the election" type posts. I'm sure those will show up in due course.

So did anyone catch the Karl Rove fiasco on FoxNews after the election was called. Very surreal. The hosts (and entire network for that matter) wasn't sure how to handle him. I thought for sure he would break out in a cold sweat and get all rain manny. Craziest fucking thing of the election.

I was watching CNN while following Twitter and apparently CNN was very late to project states. I turned over to Fox News because they were projecting them earlier, which surprised me.

Our water department gets some crazy voice mails, but today was funny. Cut offs were today. If you don't pay your bill your water gets cut off until you pay it. This one lady (obama supporter and lunch friend) got her water cut off and left a message that this happened because 'dem white boys' didn't like that Obama got reelected. I almost fell down laughing after hearing it.

I did the same. I tried to watch FoxNews early on but just couldn't take the one sided conversation. I didn't even bother with MSNBC. I flipped around the networks a bit but mostly stayed on CNN. John King and "The Magic Wall" rock.

When CNN called Ohio I switched over to FN to see their reaction. I was surprised they had already called it and even more surprised at the way Rove was reacting. After that fiasco I couldn't turn it off. For 2 hours I watched a "news" network that was completely in a state of shock try to figure out how Romney lost. Some folks were down right angry about it. Crazy shit, mang.

Poor Christians. Worst treated minorities in history.

I hope this is true. The GOP needs to excise the extremists and get back towards the middle so our govt can function again.

Stop pandering to the tea party. The country is moving left socially and that's probably not changing. If the fiscal conservatives could get control back of their party from the nuts - who hate gays and want to put god in every bit of legislation and whose only goal in 2008 was to make Obama a 1 term president and who have ridiculous opinions about rape and women's bodies - my guess is they could get some people back who've defected. Until then, suck it.
