Played 4 games in a softball tournament today. I only got on base once (I suck), so very little running involved. My only reason for posting this is that I weighed 261 when I got up this morning and now I'm at 256. That's a lot of water weight.

So I'm holding at 99 pounds. I already took a dump so the 100 pound mark will have to wait a day or two.

Walked my ass down to the middle school for a walk/jog around the track tonight. Exercise sucks, but weirdly, I feel pretty good. A kickass evening was had.

Upped my jogging to 3 miles last night. Not kickass. Running sucks.

Woke up to a scale that read 255 this morning. 100 pounds. Count it, bitches. One day ahead of schedule.

Monday I was able to walk into Sports Authority and purchase a Mavs championship shirt. I didn't have to go to a tall & fat store or anything.

With everyone working out and losing weight, we should auction ourselves off at a Junior League or Tupperware meeting where women can bid on us to do "chores" for them.

I've been eating right AND exercising for a couple weeks and I've lost around 5 pounds. Shit best be dropping at a faster rate or it ain't gonna be worth it.

Biggest Loser competitors lose 10-20lbs a week. Of course they workout 10 hours a day.

Lost another pound after taking a shit. I feel motivated again.

If I lose 10 pounds in a month I feel like it was a massive success. It took me a year to get 75. 5 pounds in two weeks is great. And if you keep that pace, you'll keep the weight off, too.

I just remember during past efforts I'd drop like 10 the first week, 5 the second, and then it would level out. But yes, you're right. If you drop it more slowly, it's more likely to stay off.

Upped the exercise regimen tonight to include more running and less walking. Legs. Don't. Want. Made it all the way through the workout without backing out like a little wuss. That's called Progress.

A kickass evening was had.

Maybe we should all go to a park together, take off our shirts, and go for a jog. The ladies will swoon.
