I don't have a Steam account. Am I missing anything? I don't play a lot of anything on my laptop.

I saw this on Reddit it is for the PC version. Generally PC games have develper tools that are availible to the public so the game community comes up with a lot of mods and addons. The Fallout games have some really kickass stuff from the community. New Vegas as a really cool bounty series with a good story and pretty good voice acting and some pretty bad as well. Also lots of weapons, clothing and player housing mods. I think the summer steam sale has the fallout GOTY editions for like $5 or at least they did yesterday. Totally worth it but it is a little bit of a hassle to get the games to run sometimes. Both were designed for windows XP and don't like 4 core or more processors.

Sorry, I thought it was understood it was for PC only. Xbox and PS games can't be modded like this.

Cheap games sound good but I probably couldn't run stuff like this on my 4 year old laptop. I keep telling myself to get a decent setup and hook it up to my television to replace my xbox but I probably never will. :/

Put these in front of the screen and it will block out a lot of the onscreen activity he shouldn't be watching. Use the white for during the day or when he is a white character and the dark one for when it's night or using a minority character.

I also recommend searching GTA easter eggs complete with several UFOs, the hatch from Lost, a serial killer mystery that is part of no mission whatsoever, and a ghost that appears in a particular place once a day. Good times.
