Took Mrs. Ich to see Leon Russell, John Hiatt and Gregg Allman tonight at the Verizon. Great show all around. John Hiatt kicketh ass! :rockon:

In other news I also picked up 2 tickets to see Alabama Shakes at the Palladium in March. Taking Ichette.

I did and liked it. Here is a new release from Yo La Tengo which sounds very Stone Roses-like and is good.

It's from the new album, a cover of "Let the Day Begin" by The Call. The lead singer of The Call was the dad of one of the BRMC guys, and he died a couple years ago. So be a good Christian and listen to it.

There's no reason to go to McD's when there's likely a perfectly good Whataburger within a mile of it. If your kids drag you there, fine. But no rational-thinking adult should ever eat there alone.
