The question I have for everyone involves candles. I like good smelling things like the next guy and would rather my domicile smell like clean cotton (TM) than balls and ass. So I was at BB&B the other day with the wife and we picked up a few candles. She picked some out that I thought I smelled alright and we moved on to the next section. I go to pay and this little fucker cost $25. WTF? It's wax for crying out loud. So my question is this: With me and my constant farting and two dogs that smell like two dogs, what have you guys found to be the best candle or air freshener that leaves a lasting scent? You guys ever used the glade plug-in?

I prefer the cheap big Wal-mart vanilla candle for my bathroom.

Mrs. Hoob buys the Plugins, not a big fan of those. It's still better than the smell of dog or ass or dog's ass.

You're paying for the oil in the candle, not the wax. The better the oil, the more expensive. As with most things you get what you pay for, but the $5 candle at Walmart does a good enough job of masking the smell of shit.

Even gayer than candle shopping is waiting in line at World Market with an assortment of glittery Christmas ornaments looped around your fingers while your wife goes back for some shit like gnocchi she forgot.

To be clear, in no way was I suggesting gnocchi was gay. Those little dumplings are delicious and a must addition to you guys' recipe books if it isn't already.

My wife spends an ungodly amount of money on Scentsy, the little plug in bowl that you drop wax bricks into to make shit smell good. They smell great for a day or two and then I can't smell them. I'm a fan of the plug in with the oil refill that looks like a light bulb. Expensive, but they work damn good. Smell issues aren't as big a deal around Casa de bigboy since we had the dog put to sleep.

On a side note, candles can be a pain in the ass around kids. My 3 year old nephew damn near burned our house down by lighting paper towels on fire with a bathroom candle at a family get together.

Go to a tire shop and ask the guys there what covers up shit smells in their "one holer" bathroom. Go from there to Granger and buy a fucking case of it. Fags

We go with the plug ins.....they're not too expensive, they smell great and us being Mexican, large and gassy, and 1 dog, they do the trick just fine. Fuck vela's dude....Get the pinche' plug ins.
