 has a gf now, so getting him away from IMing her is impossible.
BUT! and I watch movies together.

I'd recommend these movies to watch with your kids once you feel they're old enough to handle stuff in these movies.

First up:

The Usual Suspects
He already knew the twist due to Tit saying something about it a while back (goddammit!) but it was still a fun watch. I hadn't seen it in a while myself, so we fired it up.
It is still Kevin Spacey's best role. I'd say it was all of the involved actors' best roles. (Although Gabriel Byrne was decent in 'In Treatment'...but I digress)
So this is supposed to be a caper for an all powerful crime lord. Snatch the coke and money, and Keyser Soze is happy. Refuse to do it, and he'll get yer ass. Simple, right? Right up until the end, when Agent Coullion realizes the entire story he just heard was a line of shit.
 and I highfived when Soze's foot straightened as he was walking along the sidewalk.
The movie holds up after time, and it blows Crash outta the fucking water.

this is one we watched a week or two ago...
World's Greatest Dad
Robin Williams has a cocksmoker of a son who's a perv. The son dies by auto erotic asphyxiation. Williams, as a failed author, writes a suicide note to cover for him to save the embarrassment.
People think the note's moving, he uses it as a means to get published, yada yada.
It's a dark comedy.
While we both laughed, I asked subtle questions making sure  didn't think the whole self choking thing was cool.

If you want to stick to the theme of kickass Spacey roles, I hope L.A. Confidential is on the list.

I've always loved this movie. I always giggle when it comes to the police line-up scene and no one takes it seriously.
