I am. Twice now. 2 weeks ago I got a text from "9099" that says "Resource One alert. Please call 845 725 7654"

I've never heard of Resource One so I didn't bother calling. Now tonight I got a second text from the same 9099:
"customer issue, city credit union service frozen. please call at 678 935 0400"

I know engrish when I read it. I goggled the message and found out a bunch of folks in texas are getting these texts. Obvious scams, I wanted to make sure no one here was falling for it.
