As learning to dance montages go, Breakin' >>>>>> Footloose. And that dude had a KOA tee. That stands for Kampgrounds of America. That's pretty street. We used to go to KOA all the time when I was a kid. Yes, we had a pop-up camper.

Cleaning off the DVR of shit I recorded a long time ago and never got around to watching.

Inside Llewyn Davis - Coen Bros and Poe Dameron as a folk singer dude. :violin: :violin: :violin: :violin: (out of 5)

Lincoln - DDL was awesome, but I didn't give much of a shit how they got the votes to pass the 13th amendment. :rimshot: :rimshot: (out of 5), 3 if you're into that sorta thing.

He Never Died- I watched this last night b/c 8:30 seemed too early to go to bed, contrary to my wife's opinion, and the NFL sucks. It stars Henry Rollins, who plays Jack, a kind of isolated vampirish character with a damaged soul. Ol' Jack finds out he's a family man and has to help his daughter. He's surprisingly better in this than I was expecting. He was able to rise above his usual intense scowls and showed some range. Lots of violence. Turns out Jack was a liar, his true identity being Cain, the original murderer, cursed forever.

The Big Short - a Moneyball-esque movie that looks at the guys that saw the coming of the housing market crash. Good stuff. Steve Carrell rocks another dramatic role. Christian Bale works well as a guy that looks like a nut. Hard to believe that this came from the same director as Step Brothers.

:bigtime: :bigtime: :bigtime: and a half out of 4

Spotlight - a bunch of smart newspaper writers dig into a lot of sick shit about the Catholic church and the arduous efforts to cover it up. This was a really great movie, one of the best I've seen in awhile. I can see how it's topping a lot of critics best of lists. Good acting all the way around from Michael Keaton, Liev Schreiber, Rachel McAdams, and Mark Ruffalo.

:fu2: :fu2: :fu2: :fu2: out of 4

The Revenant Too long, but it was good. Best part was some guy was sitting on the other side of Mrs. Tit and threw in a dip at 3 separate occasions during the film and spit into a bottle the whole time. It was a packed house so she couldn't sit elsewhere. Here's a note to you moviegoers out there: If you can't sit for 2+ hours without having to go to your fix and grossing everyone out, don't go to the fucking movies.

The Big Short - It was good. It reminded me when all that housing bubble stuff went down and Cods was defending the bankers and putting all the blame on the people who got fleeced into those ARM loans. He was a real fuckin' douche, that Cods.

You also probably think that 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi is a documentary.
