Same here. My first radio experience was my boss listening to KLIF in his office at work. I had no idea he was on the radio.

If you’ve used Norm’s retirement announcement to take online shots at him, you are an awful person.

I think he was on the air with Steve Busby. One of my favorite games I remember: After a long rain delay, Tom Paciorek made a diving catch on the warning track and came up covered in mud. When he came back out in the next inning, he was wearing a clean uniform and Norm lost it. "Buzz, he's wearing a new uni! *wheeze laugh* He's wearing a new uni!" He probably repeated it 5 times. My dad, brother, and I were laughing hysterically.

Norm always seemed like a good guy, but he looks like he smells like cheese.
