I don't know nuthin bout nuthin, but it seems to me that if the bidding gets high enough to clear all debts, then Hicks should be able to choose who buys. There wouldn't be any other reason for the bankruptcy court to be dictating the sale. I don't know what that number is.

I don't know the amount, but I believe I've heard before that the debt is more than the value of the club. If that's the case, no one is going to pay off the debt, even if they have a truckload of money to offer.
