Ok, what if over his career, a guy put up Kenny Rogers numbers, but no hit the Rangers every time he faced them? Would he make the Hall of Fame?

As the creator of the original 3 chipotles bragadoccio, I thought I could do it then but there's no way in hell I could do it now. Realistically, I probably could've done 2 back then. I'm also willing to put down money to anyone who can do 3.
