So is your son taking the kiddo in? He doesn't need the mom's permission (unless they're not together and she's got control over that stuff)

Nope, both sons are going along with not vaccinating their babies. I don't talk about it with them because it always ends up with me being told that I have been brainwashed, I don't understand. Bollocks.

Sometimes an afternoon face wash is very refreshing. Do you find this to be true? I just washed my face. Now my pores feel nice and tight, and yes, I feel refreshed. One time I washed my face and there weren't any paper towels in the restroom I was in. It is very important to check first. Do you have a favorite hand/face drying receptacle? Here's a pic of the 10 most common. I rank them as follows: 2,1,6,4,5,7,10,9,8, & 3.

As air-blowing drying options go, I really like #10. I don't see them very often, but the movie theater down the road from home has those. That's why I choose that place when I enjoy the magic of the movies.

I really don't like #4. I'd rather dry my hands on my shirt than use #4. We have #7 at work. It's a good.

I like them in descending order, with the exception of #3. I don't know what that is.

I prefer 9 to 10. 9 tends to dry my hands faster and more consistently. The Dyson dryers are almost twice the cost and they are a nightmare to keep clean. Recent research has shown that all of the high speed hand dryers tend to foster the spread of bacteria around the restrooms where they are installed.

Number 8 usually gets the instructions altered in one of the following ways:

1. Push button. Rub hards under warm air ALWAYS gets changed to "Push butt. Rub hards under arm air."

2. Or, if it just a picture of a finger pushing a button, they will draw a torso of a woman there and the finger is between her legs.

#3 is a long yucky towel people like Cintas come and change out. It has two reels in the cabinet. One reel holds the clean part of the long towel and the dirty parts wind up on the second reel as more clean towel is dispensed. It works kind of like a cassette tape. Waits for "what's a cassette tape."

The Dyson dryer makes me don't touch the sides tense like playing Operation. It also makes my wedding band want to fall off. Have you ever lost a wedding band? I have.

Mine slipped off in my sleep one night when we had been married for about 6 months and it took me a day or so to find it. I got it sized down to fit tighter and quit wearing it at night. Now that I'm a fat fuck, it's too tight and I have to use soap and water to take it off after I spend any time out in the heat. Do your fingers swell when it's hot outside?

I stopped wearing my rings a few years ago when I got too fat. It took months for my fingers to recover from the indentions the rings made. Even if I lose the weight, I'll probably never wear rings again.

I always assumed #3 was just a towel that was 5 feet or so long with the ends sewn together and that if you pulled enough you would eventually get back to where you started. So basically you'd be wiping your hands on a towel that dozens of people had already used.

So now every place you go to buy stuff has a card reader that has two options for reading your card: the traditional slide method and the new chip reader. Problem is sometimes the chip reader doesn't work or only works for certain transactions. It bothers me because now I have to ask which way to do it and I don't like talking to people, much less checkout clerks. So far I've learned:

Pei Wei does the slide.
Lowe's does the chip, but only with a debit card.
Best Buy does the chip.
Kroger does the chip.

Commit these to memory, if you will, so you don't have to ask. And please add others that you've experienced so we will know for future transactions.

Central Market is great and all but I do prefer me some Kroger over all the other generic grocery stores. Fuck a bunch of Tom Thumb. Did you know you can use your Kroger reward card fuel points at most Shell stations?

Wally World and Dollar Gen do the chip. My local Whataburger has clearly marked hand-written signs that read "no chip reader."

Heaven forbid if you don't know Johnny on the spot which method a store uses. Boy, those clerks get chippy. If you choose wrongly they they then try to tell you every step what you need to do. Sheesh. The worst are the ones that greet "how are you" to which I reply "I'm good, how are you" and they get uppity with a haughty "I'm doing well." That happened to me at Best Buy, and yes, I can confirm chip here when I bought my new 4K ultra high def tv. Yes, you read that right. Do you have an ultra high def tv? The experience is jarring, almost like 3D or claymation cartoons.

I have a 4K television. I think you are describing the ultra smooth 60fps motion. It's unsettling for me to watch. Luckily it's an option you should be able to turn off in the settings.

I do not have Ultra 4K. Are there many 4K channels out there yet? I don't want it to be like when I bought my first HDTV and DirecTV had only 10 HD channels.

Last I checked there is some YouTube content in 4K and Netflix has a 4K subscription for an extra $4 bucks or something like that. I haven't really paid much attention to it tbh. I only got a 4k tv because it happened to be in my price range when I went shopping and I figured wth might as well be ready when all that sweet sweet Ultra High Def starts flooding the airwaves.

Cool. I will hold off then. I have seen the 4K displays and they look fantastic. Future TV will be awesome in the future.
