Friday was a bad day of therapy. I got mad at two of the therapists for the pain I endured. They weren't happy with the amount of stretching I was doing and decided to take matters into their own hands.

Oddly, a couple of our students were being treated in the same room so I had to use clean language. Both were boys that had been injured during football season.

When I was icing down, a different therapist approached and said she was sorry that I had to go through that, but if I don't, my legs won't be the same length.

Saturday I got on my trusty Trek and tried to pedal it. Still couldn't get my right leg up high enough. Extremely disappointed by this.

Today at therapy they put me on a stationary bike and I could do it. I was really excited and rode the thing like a sonofabitch.

Got home and tried the Trek again and this time I could ride it. Talk about excited. Went and got the Giant and I could ride that, too.

I'm too weak for the trails but at least there is hope.

I'm doing better at therapy but I'm really sick of it.

Asked today how long I had therapy. I was told 10 weeks. I've finished two.

Just shoot me.

PT sucks, but its super important to get back to normal

Friday's therapy was horrible. They decided to trick things up and I could barely get in the car afterwards. Fuck therapy.

"Moped Hoob" doesn't sound very sexy, tbh. Probably ought to stick with the therapy.

I was working around a group of coaches and they were talking about a coach at another school. They referred to him as "Whistlebritches."

Any time I hear that term used about someone, I know that they are talking about a dumbass. I actually know old Whistlebritches and yes, he is indeed a dumbass.

My first word is RAISE.

Mine is ADIEU. Sets me on those all-important vowels.

I do the NYT Crossword every day and I find vowels never seem to help with a word. Yet I go with RAISE here. I may need to come up with something with more consonants.

ADIEU got me nothing today, but SHORT set me on track to get it in 3.

RENTS is a good one.

It's such a perfect little addiction. It's only once a day and takes all of 5 minutes. The NYT Crossword app has a thing called the Spelling Bee and it sometimes takes all day.

The Wordle irritated me today.

My first two words were RAISE then ROUTE, so I essentially had RU**E, and I knew there were no A or I, but I wasn't sure about the answer being a valid word, so I tried it and got lucky on my third try.

Still better than both SWILL and SPILL. I had everything but the second letter by try 3, and still missed SWILL. I tried STILL, SPILL, and SHILL.

If Wordle ain't enough for ya, try Heardle.

I literally typed the answer, but it said I was wrong. Not sure my ludite brain can get it to work.

I downloaded the Wordle app yesterday after seeing a few people post about on FB. I haven't opened it yet.

Today for the first time, I got Wordle on my 2nd try.

My streak is one. That is also my longest streak.

I got quordle in 8. I basically just threw 3 words with as many unique letters as possible out there to start. Makes it almost impossible to get it in less than 7 though I think quordle > wordle.

I am awful at Heardle.

Good strat. Got it in 9 as well.

I suck at Heardle too, but I don't know shit about pop music from the past 20+ years. Tit Jr and his buds check it everyday and they're pretty good at it.

Fuck today’s wordle.

After 4 guesses, I had E in every position but the first one, and that O was somewhere in the word. My consonants left to choose from were limited. Took several minutes to figure it out but got it in 5.

Exactly the same here, but I used a throwaway on 5 just to try to get some letters (still didn’t help other than eliminating more letters) and got it in 6.

Both Wordle and Quordle were bullshit today.

Heardle was a one-second-er today.
