It stands to reason, what with the earthquakes and all back home, that sushi chefs are going to get sloppy in regards to the delicate art of crafting the roll as more pressing issues will weigh heavily on their minds. Prolly better to eat pizza or Mexican for a couple of weeks.

Good point, as the worst is yet to come.... Historically, after an earthquake Japan must deal with the disposal of Godzilla around the Tokyo area. This has GOT to be weighing on their minds.
