Drove 105 miles to and from my mom's today, and the entire 105 mile drive home was in a driving rain in the dark. Damn road in McKinney had poorly-painted lane lines, making things more treacherous.

Already got 3" out here, and everything is under water now. Fuck every single bit of this.

My mom lives in Fannin County and it just passed a couple of miles east of her. She and my sister (visiting for the holidays) took cover in a closet. I think the nearest touch down was about 5 miles away.

I haven't been outside yet but I think it just missed us. Tit Jr has reports from friends that there's debris all over their neighborhoods and they're right around the corner from us.

Debris all over the neighborhood, on our roof, and in our backyard. Doesn't seem to be from any of our houses though. I believe this is imported debris from Garland.
