I never saw the original, but it seemed like they forced the plot too quickly. The Visitors are already known to us as evil and we already know about the resistance. They need to pace this thing. It has potential.

I like it better than the Shield because SOA isn't as ridiculous as the Shield was. At least it isn't yet.

The original was a miniseries so pacing wasn't a problem.

Well, it's entertaining even though it's stupid. It just seems like they were going one way with it in Season 1 and now they've gotten so sidetracked with side stories and SAMCRO squeezing out of yet another pickle. I'll keep watching, but it's turning into the Shield II. Even Lem is on it now. They've already renewed it for season 4.
