I once had a Kwik Car mechanic have me go down in the oil change pit to show me some seal that was supposedly leaking oil on my car. He said he could fix it for around $400. I passed and said thanks. My car had just turned over 100k miles and I drove it all the way to 247k before I traded it in. I never fixed the leaky seal.

bet that dude banged tons of chicks in that pit. guaranteed.

Probably wiped boogers on air filters too.

That's a good spot when you're stuck for a place to put a booger.

it was a better world when gents carried handkerchiefs. a place like that in the 50's would have been handkerchief central.

I think the world has improved by switching to the pick-em and flick-em.

My laptop at work took a big shit and will be out for 2 weeks or so. We didn't have an adequate backup so we hopped skipped and jumped to Fry's and picked up a decent $1200 Acer with Windows 10. I've only had it for a couple of days but W10 is pretty easy to get used to.

Today in the Engineering pod is the annual Rock Paper Scissors tournament. I have emerged victorious from the first two rounds and am currently awaiting my opponent in the Elite Eight.

Rock is a good first throw choice. From my experience in the real world, paper is thrown the least, at least initially, so imo the best chance of winning is to throw rock on the first throw every time. Novices seem to be almost always likely to throw down the scissors.

I've also found that people usually counter your first throw. If you throw rock initially, your opponent will generally throw paper, in which case you should throw a scissor to counter.
Second throw: scissor.

My wife and I used to have RPS competitions to see who went to make the coffee on weekend mornings, while the other one lounged in bed. She won more than I did. She must know TG's strategy.

I tried my damnedest to get my wife Adele tickets this morning, but they sold out in 10 minutes. I sent her a text and said, "Sorry, but you're gonna have to say "Hello" from the outside."

I really did. I drag her to concerts that I'm more interested in all the time and she never complains. I was hoping to surprise her with a show that she wants to see.

It's still real early, but the cheapest thing on Stub Hub right now is $325. Fuck all that. She can sit her ass at home and watch that shit on Periscope.

I bought tix to The Cure about a week ago. Couldn't get in at first, but an hour or 2 later got in and got tickets. Unless they are officially sold out, try again. You might get in after the first big rush.

I probably won't word it that way since I spent more than $300 on 2 tickets to U2 and flew to NYC to see them this summer.

He's tried several fixes, but none are working. He will keep trying later tonight. Should I tell him not to bother? I'm guessing this place will be a ghost town again soon.

Today, I exfoliated. I hadn't done that in a few years but I got a fresh bottle of Suave body wash (Refreshing Splash, of course), dug out an old loofa thingy, and scrubbed myself down. I'm all glowing and shiny now. How often do you exfoliate?

Never used the loofa. I use one of those fishnet ball things to lather up front upper body parts, loin region, and legs. I use a long handle brush for my back and also my taint and butthole. It's not a perfect method and there is a chance I have trace amounts of feces embedded in the pores of my back.

I use the Axe ball washer. Not for the butthole though, that's gross. I use a separate rag for that.

So got a great deal for my daughter's Christmas gift, but it included mail in rebates. I filled out the forms and asked my wife to get the upc's. She peeled them off. Peeled them off.

I wanted to take ours down the day after Xmas but got vetoed. Perfect day too, all warm and shit. Next weekend now and it'll be cold. To be honest, the outside stuff takes maybe 10 minutes to rip down and pack away. The only inside thing I'm responsible for is hauling the tree and decorations back upstairs and into a closet.

All decorations were taken down and stowed away on Sunday. Once Christmas is over Mrs. Ich ain't having it!

We have a neighbor who keeps her Christmas tree up in their house until March. It goes without saying she has the mentality of an 8 year old.
