Power is out in the building. We are running on a backup generator, but it's getting hot in herre.

The Rob Lowe ads for Direct TV are discontinued, and Comcast is happy about it.

Honestly I can't believe they scrapped the whole campaign instead of tweaking it. It's a multi-faceted idea that they could get a lot of mileage out of. Not to mention it is pretty damn popular.

My desk is about five steps away from the men's restroom.

My underling was shitting in there, then leaving the door open and the fan off. It took 7 months, but I finally got him to stop doing that.

Somehow I've got to get this simple point across to the people I don't boss around, like upper admins, superintendents, and the like.

What in the world is wrong with people. I don't want to smell that.

Tape up a sign that says "out of order".

Changed a brake light after work, no way I was going to do that without looking at a video first. Just off of the top of my head, I have turned to Youtube for the following:

Brake light replacement
head light replacement
installation of a tow hitch receptacle
car radiator replacement
motherboard replacement on a Dell server by skateboard man
battery replacement on a different Dell server
ice maker installation
brake pad installation
how to ride a mountain bike over dangerous terrain
Canon camera disassembly
Canon lens disassembly
how to play guitar solos that I can't figure out on my own
changing a gas dryer from natural gas to propane
changing multiple parts on a Kenmore washing machine
installation of programs using GPO
setup of DeployStudio
setup of the FOG system on a network (love)
setup of Windows SCCM (bleah)
installing shit with the Casper suite (suxxor x 1000)
how to root a Macbook (to keep those little fuckers from doing it again)

Definitely mundane.

I've turned to YouTube for plenty DIY stuff, too. It's like the dad I never had.

Sitting in the Hoobmobile with the window down right now. Next to me is a woman, about 25 or so, also with the window down. She kinda big.

She is having a phone conversation about "sweet you are" but it is not easy for her to be in the mood.

I felt sorry for the poor dumb bastard on the other end of the call.

I just ate a prune for the first time. It wasn't bad. We'll see how it affects my shit.

Im a cheese lover, so I combat the problems of a cheese lover with prunes. Tit, you need to eat about 3 to have any real :fist: "movement". I eat about 4 every other day. i'm pretty regular. I can tell you, if you ever get drunk and go to eating them by the handful... your going to have a bad time.. :banghead:

My boss recommended eating about 30 on an empty stomach. I think he's trying to trick me.

Should be good for a laugh. What could possibly go wrong?

Oddly, he's already left this morning with a tummyache. I ate undercooked shrimps last night and I'm still here.

As bad as I'd love to hear about the aftershock, I don't think I want you to go through the tummy pains that goes along with it.

i'm pissed. I had a million cracks in my old POS truck, so I called a windshield repair company to come out a replace it. They replaced it but forgot to hook up my alarm system and now I can't get into my truck or start it. I called the dude, and he won't be able to come back out until the morning. I need a ride home. Somey, you live closest.

I just unfollowed Eric Nadel on Twitter. It's all about who is playing at the Vagabond, and I don't give two shits about that.

I have never seen a single baseball post from him.

Even so, he is my favorite area announcer and it's not close. Sorry, Eric.

I've seen those commercials. If I reach the point when I need to administer my own catheter each and every morning, I'm checking straight into the cemetary.
