We've all been on this forum long enough to know that you can't really control lines of thought, you just wait 'em out. The more you call attention to jokes about dead people, the longer they live on.
I don't necessarily care fore Ceepe jokes, mainly because I was a dick to him when he was alive, but so the fuck what. I still laugh at people I don't know when bad shit happens to 'em, so fuck it.
People are such sissies.

I should clarify, the more you bring attention to the JOKES, the JOKES live on. As far as I know, reports of a Zombie Carter are greatly exaggerated. (sorry, Tit)

3 weeks nicotine free today. I suppose if I weren't such a stubborn fuck I would have given in by now, cause I've had some bigtime cravings. I really thought the cravings would subside when all of the nicotine was out of my system but they haven't. Some are stronger than ever too. I hope that shit stops soon.

Something I wasn't expecting was mouthwash burns the hell out of my mouth and tongue now. I mean it's always tingled but now it feels like I'm gargling with acid. My taste buds are heightened for sure.

Also, dunno if it's because of the absence of nicotine or not but ol' greggo's libido has gotten quite a jump! Got a little more boom boom in the bedroom if ya know what I mean bruthaaaaaa! Someone must've slipped some yohimbe bark in my coffee. Mrs greggo has no complaints. :fist:

Still smoke free, baby! The only big urges that hit now are when I get home and settle down in front of the computer. Otherwise I don't really think about smoking anymore.

:fist: Cigarettes = my bitch.

Turns out I did gain a bit of weight... about 11 lbs is my best guess. My job just moved it's HQ to Dallas and installed a little fitness room. Guess I'll hit the treadmill and see if I can lose the flab.

As for smoking... I've been out drinking and even fed my leafy green fetish, but have had absolutely NO cigs, even though I've been offered plenty. Remind me to post what an EXTREMELY high greggo looks like.

So basically you allow yourself to smoke only if it doesn't have a filter. Remember, pot is a gateway drug to cigarettes.

:( I know, I'm as fat as Sagger now. Fitness room at work opens on Monday though. I'll be hitting the treadmill.

So you can see it, right? I set the pics to public I thought.

So I dunno if I need to keep this updated or not. Maybe I should, it helps keep me accountable...

Still haven't smoked. Wifey hasn't either. Feels good to be able to breathe.

I still get cravings though. Worse ones than I thought I'd be getting at this point. I hope they subside soon.

If you would have told me 9 months ago I'd smoked my last cigarette I would have called you crazy.
