One of my lovely daughters has decided to get a real estate license. I know it's a cut throat business but she's young, cute and smart so she has a good chance of doing pretty well at it. She signed up for an online course to get her license but she hates the format. She'd rather take an actual certified class. Does anyone know of something like this in the Lewisville area? There's a JuCo in Corinth I think. Maybe they have something? If anyone knows someone in the biz that can give a new kid a couple of tips or knows of a preferred course I'd be interested in talking to them. |

I heard all that stuff is a rip off. She's better off calling a number she sees on any realtor sign around town and tell them exactly what you told us. The realtor will take pity on the young girl and won't see her as a threat to their business. She may get a different answer each time but better to do that than to spend money on useless classes. |

As I understand it one has to get a license to sell real estate. To get the license you have to take a course and ultimately a test. There's so many out there though I was hoping to get a little direction before diving in. |
