I have 21 episodes of Breaking Bad on my DVR that I'm going to start watching soon. I've been DVRing the Wire on channel 101 and somehow that's become a stop down again for me. They just moved the hoppers to Hamsterdam and Avon got out of jail.

Breaking Bad is awesome but like The Shield they give you a season of about 6 episodes and then make you wait a year and a half. I'm re-hooked on the Wire replays too. Of all the great characters on that show I think Major Colvin is my favorite.

I know I'm way behind the curve on this, but IFC started showing 2 episodes of Arrested Development on Mondays at the beginning of the year. How did I miss this when it was new? Does it have staying power because I've never laughed as much at a show as I have during the first 10 or so episodes? 2 story lines that I hope persist: Tobias being a "never nude" and Buster banging his mom's best friend.

:babyarm: I just discovered Freaks and Geeks via IFC reruns last year and felt the same way.

I'm an unapologetic Survivor fan, but I have no interest in seeing Rob or Russell on my TV again. Christ all-Friday, how many times do these assholes have to be on here?

Murphy's reaction to Heather Graham's tits is one of the funniest 20 seconds in movies.

Watched a bunch of Star Trek Deep Space 9 episodes yesterday. DS9 is the best of the Star Trek spinoffs.

Anyone watch Top Shot on the History Channel? I could do without the team drama. Seeing the super slow-mo shots are neat.

I've seen a few episodes. What those guys do is nothing short of amazing. You're right, there is entirely too much drama. Discovery has ruined television with the way they edit their reality television. Top Shot, Ice Road Truckers, that Digging for Gold show, Deadliest Catch, etc, are all edited the same way to create false drama. Hell even Food Network does it on their contest shows like Chopped, Next FN Star and the challenge shows. It's all way over the top and very frustrating to watch.

I like it. I still think it's all a little too convenient.

Hey, I need money. Someone I happen to know comes out of the house on a drug bust on the one ride-along I happen to be at. I'm a chemist who knows the perfect formula for meth. Let's cook.
