No, they are not related. You can speculate that Walt's weenis is probably small, limp, shriveled and periodically covered with herpes sores, but beyond that, you should stick to demonstrable facts....

ok, so the point you're going so far out of your way to make is that it's just ridiculous to in anyway make a connection between birthers and townhallers? Besides the fact that they're both fanatical conservative protest movements built largely on the false promulgations and scare tactics of the extreme rightwing media and interest groups, not to mention that the first townhall ruckus of note was made by a birther about Obama's birth certificate?

I agree. That's totally out of line.

How about you not characterizing my point for me douchebag....my point is that labeling dissenters as birthers or racist is a chickenshit generalization that seeks to diminish their concerns by labeling them as wackos.... what you cite as "facts' are merely your perception of these people and their case... state your case instead of labeling them as you see fit...

I think the point... douchebag, is that your point (at least the one you're claiming to be yours at this very instant) is fucking some retarded ninny backwards ass denial of a relatively clear agenda. If you can't see the racial undertones in denying the legitimacy of this president, portraying him as an illegal immigrant, a muslim terrorist, a nazi, as an evil interloper who is going to steal your freedoms away from you, you, sir, are a fucking dipshit.

And you know what's fun? You called me names first so I get to call you a dipshit without losing any credibility in this argument.

No one needs to marginalize the intellectuality of the birther movement or the swastika carrying townhall freaks by calling them racist. They do that just fine by stating their own ludicrous arguments. But as I said before, if you can't see the racism in all of this, you're about as sharp as a fucking turd.

I never said shit about my perception of these people. I certainly didn't cite "facts" about them. Unless you mean when I referenced the glut of polls showing how many southerners think Obama isn't american. The fact is, you're not even responding to anything anyone has said... at all. You're simply responding to what you think we believe and calling us all chickenshit for "having" the belief that you cooked up in your own vacuous mind.

So how bout you take your own advice and state your case rather than responding to imaginary points that were never brought up.

UK 'lagging' on cancer survival

Why is the UK lagging on cancer?

Interestingly enough, the Members of Parliament were defending the quality of service of their national healthcare system because of the criticisms being charged by the US media.

I spoke with a couple of my counterparts regarding their system while I was there last week. We didn't specifically discuss cancer treatments, but I was told that they felt that their system worked pretty well with regard to setting up check-ups or awaking ill and needing to see the doctor.

That's an awesome (post hoc ergo propter hoc) point that Ich brought up and it totally invalidates the fact that tonight my friend is taking her kid to the emergency room for a swollen gland in his throat because she makes too much for medicaid and too little to afford insurance or to pay a regular doctor bill upfront. Bravo.

Next thing you know you are probably going to tell me she deserves a house like everyone else. We can't expect her to live on the streets because that wouldn't be fair so let's pay for her housing as well. She has to raise these kids after all. I'm all for having clinics available to minors and I wish there was a better solution for your friend but overhauling the health care system at my expense isn't the answer. A. Olberman is a self-important douchebag.
B. People like Bill Maher, Rachel maddow, etc. have gone on the offensive about the birthers BECAUSE those people are just their to cause a ruckus and that shit takes away from the actual discussion. If you are actually in favor of a discussion, you should be going out of your way to condemn those people instead of pretending you're not smart enough to see the underlying hate in all of it.
C. Competition across state lines will do nothing more than offer insurance companies a way to outsource all of their jobs to whichever state has the most loopholes or least regulation and would end up fucking people anyway.
D. That 15% (like my friend tonight) drives up the cost of medical procedures because the hospitals end up taking on a lot of the price of a visit either through lack of payment or payment assistance.
E. If you like that plan so much, you should encourage Mccain to run for president again.... or maybe encourage the republicans in office to join the debate and do something constructive with their time instead of fear mongering and spreading lies about the only healthcare plan that's actually been proposed.

Yeh you're right. She shoulda known the night she conceived this kid that she'd end up beat up and fucked over by her addict husband, a hurricane would destroy her entire life, and that the economy was 8 years away from going to absolute shit. That makes tons of sense.

The answer ain't overhauling health care for the rare instance that a chick gets beat up by her addict husband then loses her house in a hurricane right before the economy tanks. I would have figured there were programs out there to help people like that but I wouldn't know. I'm fortunate enough not to have to use them.

Oh, and I'm cool with the way things are. All I know is I don't want to bankrupt the country to nationalize healthcare. I hear 47 million are uninsured and I also here 15 mill. I imagine the number is somewhere in between but fuck paying for the "invincibles" who could otherwise pay for some sort of plan but would rather spend it on smokes and booze.
