Only to discover another rendition from the Big Friendly Jazz Orchestra. Japanese high school band. Some early tuning issues, but they can wail.

Shot with a Sprint Palm Pre. Stabilized with Deshaker in Virtualdub. Edited in Windows Movie Maker.

The distortion comes from the Deshaker software. The original video is EXTREMELY shaky. I'm uploading that as we speak.

They're not hard to use as long as you follow the directions. I mistakenly got one that uses weights instead of an actual gauge. The gauge is a lot easier to work with.

One would have to work really hard to get into a dangerous situation. There are many safety features nowadays that make these things women proof.

Hoob and Ray are probably the only ones around old enough to remember The Lawrence Welk Show. Somehow, I don't think Lawrence understood what "toke" meant at the time...

 I turned onto the street right in the middle of a school zone. Had no idea I was in one. I never go that way, just had to go to Kroger to get some gas this morning because I was too lazy to get it yesterday. Didn't even get the 10 cent discount.

It's always hard to tell where the school zones are with all the kids walking everywhere and the other cars going real slow.
