I went to a game there the last season, and while it had definitely seen it's better days, I think a lot had to do with Jerrah only doing the bare minimum to keep the place open. The structure was still sound and could easily have been renovated. I'm disappointed a "future community" wasn't considered. I think it would have been very forward of us to transform the stadium into a small city in itself. It could easily have had multi family housing, retail, parks, etc... a real Logan's Run type of place. Would have been a nice notch in the belt of the metroplex.

:( Man, it is now. I grew up there in the 70s and 80s. The demo is a LOT different now.

no but some of their songs are somewhat Beatlesque, only the founding members of Tripp are in it. They sound way better. They have even been featured on iTunes.
