Am watching other events Saturday night and Mrs. Hoob is yelling from the other room to switch over to tennis, where the U.S. Open is on. In the wo's semifinals, Kim Clijsters beat Big Ass Serena Williams in straight sets. Have always loved the Belgian Clijsters, who took a couple of years off to have a baby. She used to say "you know" a lot. Probably an ESL thing. The way it ended was not good. Big Ass Serena was called for a foot fault by a line judge. Her response was to walk over to the lady and tell her that if she could, she would shove this fucking ball down your fucking throat. So play resumes but before serving, Big Ass decides to go over there and do it AGAIN, this time pointing the racket at the poor lady. This results in the loss of a point and ends the match. For what it's worth, the line judge was Asian. At her press conference Big Ass tried to deny this, but there were various mics and witnesses who say otherwise. There is no clear view of the foot fault. Big Ass had been called for this infraction a couple of times during the tournament. Hoob. |

And, Big Ass loses in the second round in the French, and goes out with a whimper. Too bad. I bet she had to get a large wagon to wheel her enormous ass out of Roland Garros and back to Florida. Hope she wasn't late to Golden Corral. |
