I was shocked when this happened. Wes and Deandre don't appear to be playing nice with the rookie. Deandre's just trying to stat pad his rebounds for another contract anyway. His p&r and help defense have been pretty shit.

I don't know much about him. I found my way to his site one time and he was talking about Dampier's expiring contract having some special powers or somesuch. Only reason I found that was because I noticed the DAJ/Luka thing mehself and was doing a little bit of googling it, bitch.

Dirk was moving REALLY well last night. Only ended up with 11pts but it's the Luka show now so Dirk doesn't have to carry the team. He looked a thousand time better than he did when he first started playing this year.

If he stays healthy and is still playing at the level he did last night, I can't imagine him not coming back next year.

His percentages are pretty bad, even lately. If he can't shoot, he's a total liability out there because he can't do anything else. He can stay as long as he wants because he's Dirk, but if they want to win next year, there are better uses for his minutes. They're letting him pass Wilt right now.

Yeah, my hope is that his injury has kept him from finding his groove and that he'll continue to improve. Not sure where he can settle and still be productive.

I thought it was a bit over the top, but that's Cuban.

Dirk did have a couple of great lines and Barkley was fantastic. I got verklempt a time or two.

I had come around on the idea of him coming back on a low salary deal and going out with a better team result. Would be tough to pass Jordan, but would have been fun to watch. Next year is going to be weird. RIP.
