The defense has been good on both sides but both teams have also missed some pretty makable shots. Rebounding is absolutely killing the mavs. Wade's m.o. the last couple of games is basically sleep for 45 minutes then go on a tear for the last 3 and LeBron has been money in the clutch. If the mavs can't get any distance point wise, they will get killed in the final minutes.

Yep. 1st game of the sweep. Peja was terrible. Barea wasn't effective. Terry was okay but he's gotta get more than 12. Chandler got burned quite a few times. Overall defense was pretty good. But the real killer is rebounds. If the Mavs can't figure out how to keep Miami from getting second chances then it doesn't matter what else happens.

They played flawless for 6 minutes, but that's not going to work again. Kidd sucked. Those turnovers were awful. Chandler only had 13/7, but he does so many little things. His boxing out led to Dirk's, Marion's and Kidd's boards. Peja's series may be over.

In 2006, Wade's flop on the last shot would have been called. Looked like a soccer dive. Dirk's fourth quarter was simply amazing. I almost threw my cat through the tv at how pathetic Terry was most of the 2nd half.
