Any chance Wash gets fired for his poor in game management? I saw a shot of Nolan last night when Colby batted with the bases loaded and he didn't look happy. Saw the same look when Herman batted.

I can't get over how Cruz misplayed that ball in the 9th. It was very playable. Should have been an easy out.

Top of the 1st seemed to go okay. Too bad Kins got caught but take what you can get I guess.

I was thinking earlier today that maybe you start Moreland and bring Young in later in case you need the offense but Young's got an early RBI so never mind. I don't think there is a good solution to the problem that is Young. Hopefully there won't be too many plays to 1st tonight.

I don't mind walking Berkman and Pujols. Just make sure Freese keeps it on the ground.

Post subject:  Re: Rangers' 2011 season

That's not keeping it on the ground. Oh well, if you told me at the start of the season that the Rangers would get to the World Series game 7 I would have taken it no matter what. It was a good run.

Sounds like CJ is going to start the 4th, or Harrison is just going to be on a very short leash. Not sure if CJ coming in helps the cause.

Harrison looks like he doesn't want to be in. Take him out.

Hey Kins, you know that extra half step lead you like to have on 1st? Don't.

That last pitch was pretty close. Just makes no sense to walk a guy with them loaded.

Molina was scared shitless at that at bat. He didn't look like he wanted to swing AT ALL. I can't believe Feldman could put it over the plate. Unfuckingbelievable.

2 straight fucking pitches by Carpenter exactly where Feldman put that last one and they're both called strikes. WAT.

Post subject:  Re: Rangers' 2011 season

Molina's BB pitch was just called a strike on Beltre. I'm just saying.

If Wash goes with Gentry or Yorvit here, then he handled it right. Wasted Chavez instead of Mitch.

So what do you think about CJ? Think he will stay? Everyone says he will go to the west coast no matter what. Might be tough getting the numbers he wants with his poor performance in the post season.

I know complaining about the umps is taboo but cmon... Adams is painting the corners just like Carpenter and he's not getting ANY calls.

16 wins, 200 IPs, 200 Ks is impressive. But he's such a flake. There's no salary cap, so there is no "overpaying" unless it prohibits them from signing other guys. I like him as a #2, but there is no #1 here. They are worse without him though. Not sure he has as big of a market as he thinks he does.
