The first thing I thought of when I heard this was, Well, ole Rudy got tired of putting up with their shit. They were uncoachable and wouldn't listen to him. So he left. And I don't blame him.

Anybody who thinks that Ian Kinsler was actually listening to him isn't paying attention to his smug interviews on the afternoon show.
