Good on Banny Rooster for moving Leonis's no-hitting ass to the 8 hole.

Bad on the rooster for saying this move was just temporary.

Remember how Sideshow Bob was all about getting rid of Johnny Oates? I am that way about Leonis Martin. Blayst that handsome commie sumbitch.

If Angels paid half his salary i would take Josh. California is a very souless state and he needs to be in the pure, good, Bible belt to succeed.

Josh is done. In fact, he's going on my Dead Pool list next year. He's a post-career crash-and-burn waiting to happen.

Rangers are close to trading for Josh Hamilton.... still a lot of legal work to be done... likely announced on Mondat sources say

Cap wins.

Adrian Beltre on Josh Hamilton: If he's one of our teammates, whoever is in this clubhouse is going to support him no matter what.

+++++++++++++++++++++++

I can hardly believe this is happening.

Per Newberg, Rangers are giving up no players. Angels are paying 68 million of the 83 million owed to him. Rangers are paying less than 15 million. Hamilton is also agreeing to take a paycut to make up the difference - the players union is apparently ok with this.

Their rotation is still a mess and he still quit in 2012, so even though the Angels have not been let off the hook, I still don't like it.

Post subject:  Re: Texas Rangers 2015

I am failing to see an upside for bringing Josh back to Texas.

He will only be a distraction in the locker room with the media perched awaiting his next meltdown and bingefest at a Chili's near you.

I'm not interested in watching him go to the plate to swing at low and inside pitches he's incapable of laying off. And, now that he's getting a divorce He'll be incapable of verbalizing a complete thought.

Failed! :mad:

Watched the Rangers win in extras over the Angels today. I was happy for the winners, but I came away from it with a harsh opinion.

The AL West really sucks.
