I saw on the news that the AG was mandating new rules for law enforcement. I would fucking HATE to be a cop right now. Imagine pulling up on a scene, and there is somebody that fits the description of a trouble maker, and you are supposed to: A. Ignore that person, and suspect everybody equally B. Wait for that person to attack you, and beat you within an inch of your life before you consider defending yourself C. After you decide that you ARE going to be beaten to death, use deadly force, knowing that the person you kill is going to be labeled a martyr, and you will be labeled a villain I think if I were a cop, unless I actually SEE a crime being committed, I am not even getting out of my car. I would file my paperwork, and not make another arrest for the remainder of my career. I am going home tonight to remove the locks from my doors and make sure that nobody can get hurt on my property as they are hauling away all of the stuff that I have worked for. It's as much theirs as mine now, and there is nobody that is going to want to get in the middle of my shit being stolen. Fuck it. Take it all. |
