A good rule of thumb regarding new restaurants is to wait at least a month before going there. They likely don't have their shit together yet when they first open and not only don't have the service kinks worked out yet, but the cooks are usually shitty at first and under or overcook your food. I prefer overcooked food if they're gonna muck it up. Undercooked food often times gives me the trots. Seafood especially. I love me some scallops but man alive do they blow in a shitstorm.

Today is a Monday and also the end of the month, so you can bet your sweet ass I was on a cc this morning. It was announced that one of my cohorts was let go. His name was Jim, and out of respect please don't call him James, Jimmy, or Jimothy. I already knew of the separation because ol Jimbo blew up my digits right after it happened. I liked the Jimster just fine as a coworker and in the right doses, but hoo boy, was he a loose cannon. I can't believe Jamie boy lasted as long as he did. Still, when it happens, it's kinda weird. I like having sub par coworkers I can point to in my head and say "yep, I'm clearly better than that" and feel insulated.

When I see admins huddled together, I wonder who is getting the thumb. A few weeks ago they were doing it, and a coach got canned the next day. They were doing it again this morning.

I got a headset so I can be on a conference call and surf the web at the same time without having to try and balance the handset or type single handed.

Any of you guys important enough for your company to award you a headset?

Video conferencing is a big player at my work, but no I'm not important enough to have my own camera and I like it that way.

Yes, one pee in the sink. Boy, I'd be fucked fucked fucked if the wife ever saw me do that. I also peed off the deck once too. Our deck is wood and is elevated. What kind of deck do you have? I prefer pavestone, slab patios, or limestone or slate. I also peed once girl style on a toilet. I still haven't flushed it. I had 2 cubs of Bigelow tea, peppermint bark flavor, 1 lime lecroix, and some tap water. I kinda have to pee again. This fucking call is still going.

After a speaker was all like "whose dogs are barking" I started muting the phone a lot. The call came in at 221 mins. That's ridiculous. I had to go out to the vehicle for silence, a phone charge, and some hands free wireless action. That's right, my phone is synced with my vehicle. Do you know what's weird? I could talk and listen to the cc people in my vehicle while playing Angry Birds but had no way to mute the angry birds music. It was playing just like radio music. This frightened me, but do you know what? No one else could hear the music. Weird, huh? I wonder how come.

Hi friend. The only thing worse than working late this week is going to be when they yell at me next year for all the shit I didn't do this week

We are closed, but I am going to work on a couple of projects. Stuff that I can't get done if people are fucking with me.
