Cle and I were amazed that telephone lines went beyond Texas. We thought the only way to get communication past Texas was thru text. Tennessee is far from here, it was New Year's Eve there while we were talking. Also, a little known fact, when you flush the toilet in TN, the water swirls the other way. |

Yes, I am on another conference call. This one utilized a gotomeeting app. Do you have apps on your phone? I sure do. Work apps suck. This one allows me to be both audibly and visibly ass whipped at the same time, in real time. I have it going on my ipad, which is next to me while I am on a desktop computer.  Do you know what really gets my cheese all in a grater? Non responsive wireless keyboards. Sheesh. Anydanghoo, the speaker is French Canadian, very thick, how you say, accent. So haughty. I am aboot to fall asleep. He is wearing an argyle sweater. I hate sweaters. I also hate sweatshirts. I feel trapped in them and hot as well. Hoodies are ok as long as they have marsupial pockets. Did you know marsupials are animals that have pouches? I wonder how cold it is up where he is. I think he is in Montreal. I have never been there. I used to like the Expos when I was a kid because I thought Expos was a cool name. I had a sleeping pill last night and feel very groggy. Did you know it might freeze here this weekend? That's crazy. I hope it kills the mosquitos. Speaking of crazy, a couple of weekends ago we were trying out a new Rex's Seafood off Mockingbird and Skillman. Service was shit. It was a soft opening. A manager lady who otherwise looked sophisticated apologized and said things were cray cray. I had no use for her after that. We ended up walking out. I woke up around 1 and had a devil of a time falling back asleep due to extreme neck discomfort. This has been a pattern for aboot 8 days now. I might go fancy pillow shopping this weekend. I read feather pillows were good. They also make water pillows. I used to have a tempurpedic pillow but I forgot and left it in some hotel by Houston Hobby. That's like their Love Field, fyi. I worry aboot taking too many ibuprofens. Good thing this thing call is on mute. My dogs are going crazy in the front window. Probably a squirrel. They are very bad aboot (those goush darn Canadians are wearing off on me) giving away my coordinates when people call. Dog barking signifies someone loafing in their house. This thing is aboot to get interactive. ttyl.
