Hurricane Katrina blew in and turned New Orleans into the mess it became. Most of us started telling a bunch of tasteless jokes about the people who lived there and pointing and laughing at their demise. We had a posteur at the time named P1-Paul who liked to think he was from there, when in actuality, only his wife was from around there. He took offense to our jokes and admonished us, telling us "this is really happening!" We didn't stop. Someone (I think bigboy) had a brilliant moment of inspiration and created the Hurricane Katrina ID. That was the last straw and Paul left. He was coaxed into coming back a few months later, but Katrina kept chasing him around and he never really got settled before leaving for good shortly after. A kickass time was had. |

I can't take a lot of credit for any runofft with that fake id. I didn't create it until we migrated over to this forum and that was after he was gone. I think Ceepe jokes might have driven him away the second time. |
