Nancy Reagan died. Her head will be buried separate from her body in a larger coffin.

VBF had her. He gets 6 points and retakes the lead.

In auto racing, a driver who is terrible and gets lapped a lot is known as a back marker.

In Dead Pool, I am a back marker. A fucking back marker.

I had this guy on my watch list for the train wreck factor. Didn't know he had cancer. Looks like none of us did.

I remember him calling the Dodgers-A's world series with Vin Scully. That was in the infancy of my interest in baseball.

Garry Shandling

I immediately thought of that Butthole Surfers song where they chant "Garry Shandling" for like the last 4 minutes of the song. Larry Sanders was pretty good too.

Under the radar...Earl Henry Hamner, Jr. (July 10, 1923 – March 24, 2016) was an American television writer and producer (sometimes credited as Earl Hamner), best known for his work in the 1970s and 1980s on the long-running CBS series The Waltons and Falcon Crest. As a novelist, he was best known for Spencer's Mountain, which was inspired by his own childhood and formed the basis for both the film of the same name and the television series The Waltons, for which he provided voice-over narration.

This stands out to me because I remember riding with my dad in 1971 to the Almart (not a typo) in Knoxville to buy our very first color television (RCA 25" console). After we got it home and set it up on the antenna, our very first program watched was The Waltons.

:fist: Stay Hard Earl!

Patty Duke

She was in the original "Parent Trap" but I still expected her to last longer than Lindsey Lohan. Patty was only 69. I would have guess 10 years older.

The Patty Duke Show, the wrench and then I bust the tango
Got more rhymes than Jamaica got mango
I got the peg leg at the end of my stump
Shake your rump

We also got:

Runnin' through the trenches (What?)
Runnin' through the trenches (Yeah!)
Runnin' through the trenches it's the Patti Dooke
(It's the Patti what?)
Runnin' through the trenches (Aah!!)
Runnin' through the trenches it's the Patti Dooke

You sure about that? I didn't remember her being in Parent Trap, so I went searching to see who she played and IMDB doesn't list this as one of her acting credits.

Back in the day, it was funny. I sat in front of the TV on Saturdays nights as a kid and enjoyed the heck out of the Two Ronnies. The phantom raspberry blower of old London town, ground breaking. I am sure if I saw it today it would be absolute shit, as would most TV from the 1970's.

Even though I made an honest try at this game, I'm gonna finish the year with 0.0 points.

I never really followed wrestling, but remember her from the TV show "Surreal Life." She was wheels off and I'm not shocked to read that she devolved into making porn though I'd be scared to watch it. She was a true Amazon!
